Terms & Conditions of ECT PrizePlay

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ECT PrizePlay App (“the App”), owned and operated by European City Tech (ECT). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you (“the User”, “Player”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

1.0 Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

1.1.1 Users must be 18 years of age or older to freely access and use the App.
1.1.2 Users under 18 years of age may use the App only with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.
1.1.3 By creating an account, the User confirms that they:

Meet the minimum age requirement; or
Have obtained verifiable parental/guardian consent.
1.1.4 ECT PrizePlay may request age verification at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in account suspension or termination.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

1.2.1 The App is available to both Sri Lankan and International players.
1.2.2 Sri Lankan Players are eligible for:

Cash rewards
Digital gift cards
All available reward systems
1.2.3 International Players are eligible for:
Digital gift cards based on their country/region
(e.g., US PSN Gift Cards for USA, Amazon Gift Cards for India, etc.)
1.2.4 Cash rewards are strictly limited to Sri Lankan players.
1.2.5 Users providing false location/region information may be banned and blacklisted.

1.3 One Account Policy

1.3.1 Each User is permitted to maintain only one ECT PrizePlay App account.
1.3.2 Creating multiple accounts, impersonating another user, or using fraudulent identities is strictly prohibited.
1.3.3 Violations may result in permanent account ban and forfeiture of rewards.

1.4 Right to Verify

1.4.1 ECT reserves the right to verify:

Age
Identity
Device ownership
Region/country
Payment eligibility
1.4.2 Verification may include requests for ID, residency proof, or supporting documents.
1.4.3 Failure to comply may result in denial of rewards or account termination.

2.0 Account Creation Requirements

2.1 Accurate Information

2.1.1 All registration details must be complete, accurate, and truthful.
2.1.2 Users must provide:

Full Name
Valid Email Address
Country / Region
Age Confirmation
Parental Consent status (if under 18)
2.1.3 False or misleading information may result in account removal or disqualification from rewards.

2.2 Email Responsibility

2.2.1 The User is solely responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address.
2.2.2 All reward communication, verification notices, and region confirmation emails will be sent to this email.
2.2.3 ECT is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or inaccessible emails.

2.3 Account Security

2.3.1 Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
2.3.2 ECT is not liable for unauthorized access caused by User negligence.
2.3.3 Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.0 Use of the ECT PrizePlay App

3.1 Platform Access

3.1.1 The App requires an active internet connection to operate.
3.1.2 If the User’s device loses internet connectivity, features including ads, coin earnings, and game access may be restricted or terminated automatically.

3.2 Ad-Watching Requirement

3.2.1 The App’s reward system is ad-supported.
3.2.2 Users must fully watch the displayed ads in order to earn coins or bonuses.
3.2.3 Attempts to skip, block, bypass, or manipulate ads will result in:

Zero reward issuance
Account suspension or permanent ban
System blacklisting

3.3 Coin Earnings

3.3.1 Users may earn coins through:

Watching rewarded ads
In-app mini-games
Daily bonus features
Streak rewards
3.3.2 Coins have no real-world monetary value unless converted through official withdrawal or gift card redemption procedures.

3.4 App Conduct Requirements

3.4.1 Users must not:

Use cheat tools, automation software, or bots
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features
Attempt to manipulate ad systems
Use VPN/proxy to falsify region
Engage in malicious behavior towards the App or other players
3.4.2 Violations may result in permanent ban and system-wide blacklisting.

4.0 Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

4.1 Prohibited Behavior

4.1.1 The following actions are strictly forbidden:

Cheating, hacking, reverse engineering, modding
Using external tools to manipulate gameplay
Exploiting loopholes or system vulnerabilities
Abusing ads to earn coins without proper viewing
Attempting to trick or bypass reward mechanisms

4.2 Reporting Exploits

4.2.1 Users must report bugs or vulnerabilities to:

4.3 Enforcement & Penalties

4.3.1 ECT reserves the right to impose disciplinary actions including:

Temporary suspension
Permanent ban
Removal from reward eligibility
Blacklisting across all ECT systems
4.3.2 The decision of ECT is final and non-negotiable.

5.0 Rewards, Withdrawals & Gift Cards

5.1 Reward Eligibility

5.1.1 Users become eligible for rewards upon meeting coin thresholds established within the App.
5.1.2 Rewards include:

Cash rewards (Sri Lanka only)
Gift cards (International players)

5.2 Region-Based Gift Cards

5.2.1 International players must confirm their region via email before receiving digital gift cards.
5.2.2 Example:

USA ➝ US PSN Gift Card
India ➝ Amazon India Gift Card
5.2.3 Providing incorrect country information may result in denial of rewards.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

5.3.1 Sri Lankan users must meet the minimum coin requirement (e.g., 12,000 coins = LKR 3,000).
5.3.2 Withdrawals undergo manual verification by ECT PrizePlay staff.
5.3.3 Processing time may vary depending on queue volume and verification.

5.4 Verification Before Payout

5.4.1 All cash and gift card rewards are manually reviewed.
5.4.2 Users may be required to verify:

Identity
Gameplay legitimacy
Account activity
Ad engagement history
5.4.3 If suspicious behavior is detected, reward claims may be denied.

5.5 No Automatic Payouts

5.5.1 All payouts—cash or gift cards—are processed manually.
5.5.2 Rewards are not instant and require verification.

5.6 Fraudulent Claims

5.6.1 Attempting to claim rewards fraudulently may result in:

Account termination
Permanent blacklist
Loss of all coin balances

6.0 Data Usage & Privacy

6.1 Data Collected

6.1.1 The App may collect:

Name
Email
Region/country
Device information
Gameplay activity
Coin and reward history

6.2 Purpose of Data Collection

6.2.1 Data is collected to:

Manage accounts
Verify reward eligibility
Prevent fraud or abuse
Ensure App stability and performance
Improve user experience

6.3 Data Protection

6.3.1 ECT implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to secure user data.
6.3.2 Only authorized personnel may access user data.

6.4 Data Sharing

6.4.1 ECT does not sell or rent personal information.
6.4.2 Data may be shared with service providers strictly for operational functions (e.g., email delivery).

7.0 Platform Changes & Updates

7.1 Modifications to the App

7.1.1 ECT may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.
7.1.2 Users will be notified when necessary.

7.2 Terms & Policy Updates

7.2.1 ECT may revise these Terms at any time.
7.2.2 Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

8.1 General Disclaimer

8.1.1 The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8.1.2 ECT makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, performance, or error-free operation.

8.2 User Responsibility

8.2.1 The User is responsible for:

Maintaining device compatibility
Ensuring stable internet connection
Providing accurate information

8.3 Reward Disclaimer

8.3.1 ECT does not guarantee that Users will receive rewards.
8.3.2 Rewards may be denied if rules are violated.

8.4 Liability Limitation

8.4.1 ECT is not liable for:

Loss of coins
Delayed payouts
App crashes
Internet failures
Third-party ad network issues
