These rules ensure that all participants enjoy a fair, secure, and competitive experience. By registering and participating in any ECT Games activity, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations.

 

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older, or under 18 with parental or guardian consent.

• A valid GDevelop account is required to participate.

• The GDevelop username entered during registration must match your actual GDevelop account username.

• Players must register using their real and active email address.

 

2. Registration​

• Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to disqualification.

• Rewards and leaderboard listings are based on the details provided in the registration form.

 

3. Game Participation

• All active games are listed on the ECT Games page.

• You may play the game multiple times, but only your highest valid score will be counted.

• You must be logged in to your GDevelop account when playing to have your score recorded.

 

4. Leaderboard & Scoring

• Leaderboards are updated based on scores automatically synced from GDevelop.

• If two players have the same score, the one who achieved it first will rank higher.

• Scores earned outside the official event duration will not be counted.

 

5. Fair Play Policy

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using third-party tools is strictly prohibited.

• Players found violating fair play rules will be immediately disqualified and may be banned from future events.

• Any suspicious activity may result in investigation and removal from the leaderboard.

 

6. Rewards

• Only registered participants with valid details are eligible for rewards.

• Winners will be contacted via the email used during registration.

• If a winner does not respond within 2 days, their reward will be offered to the next eligible player.

 

7. Data Use & Privacy

• Your personal information is collected for gameplay, leaderboard management, and reward delivery.

• By registering, you consent to the use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
